HTC is fully compliant with the Victorian Road Management Act 2004 Code of Practice for worksite safety related to Traffic Management. As such HTC are fully committed to protect the safety of our staff engaged in carrying out road works, and that of other road users also.

2. OH&S

HTC is fully compliant with the Occupational Health & Safety Act 2004 and in particular are aware of Section 21 – Duties of employers to employees. All our key staff have undergone an intensive five day accredited OH&S course.

3. Qualified Staff

HTC realise that it is only as good as our staff on the ground. HTC therefore ensure our team members are fully ticketed and accredited for the tasks they undertake. All traffic controllers hold the latest VBQU 506 and 507 traffic tickets and key staff are also OH&S and First Aid trained.

4. Experience of working with large firms/complex projects

Our client base covers a wide variety of blue chip companies, covering a wide selection of industry. Namely we have traffic management experience on a variety of large sites, in areas such as major earthworks, demolition, construction, and major roadways. To ensure that these major works are correctly mapped and designed for traffic management purposes, we use only the latest industry standard software, thus ensuring a legally compliant and efficient project.

5. Australian Standards:- Legal signage/ Layout etc

All our signs and traffic control devices comply with the Victorian Code of Practice for Traffic Management. In addition all Traffic Management Plans are submitted for approval to the appropriate governing body.
